对基本处于半停产状态的8座竖窑进行改进性中修，设备综合技改，产品结构调整，建立设备定修等管理制度，改善了炉窑状况和保温效果，提升了产能，降低了燃料消耗和制造成本，增效明显，已实现稳定盈利。

This article introduces a synergistic practice ,including improvement maintenance ,equip-ment technical modification ,products structure adjustment and system building for equipment periodi-cal repair to modify the eight shaft kilns on half-off production .The result shows that obvious effects have been obtained , such as better kiln conditions and thermal insulation , higher productivity and lower fuel consumption and manufacturing cost as well .At present , a stable profitability has been achieved .
