含腐植酸喷施宝有机水溶肥料对降低芥蓝菜中吡虫啉农药残留量的降解有显著的促进作用,同时还能提高芥蓝菜中保护酶过氧化酶(P O D)的活性。每666.7 m2添加含腐植酸喷施宝有机水溶肥料20~30 m L,喷药后3天、7天采集芥蓝菜样品检测芥蓝菜中的吡虫啉农药残留量降低20.5%~69.6%;提高P O D活性17.1%~51.8%。检测结果经t测验,其差异均达到极显著水平(P<0.01)。

Penshibao humic acid foliar fertilizer can promote the degradation of imidacloprid residues and enhance the ac-tivity of protective enzyme peroxidase in kale. 20~30 mL Penshibao humic acid foliar fertilizer was used for per 666.7 m2 to testing its effect on residues of imidacloprid in kale. The result showed that compared with the blank, after 3 to 7 days experiment, Penshibao humic acid foliar fertilizer could reduce imidacloprid residues by 20.5%~69.6%, and improve the phenoloxidase activity by 17.1%~51.8%of kale. The difference achieved most signiifcantly level by T-test (P<0.01).
