用腐植酸钠与保水剂以不同比例配施,在生菜生产中进行了应用效果研究。试验结果表明,与对照相比,同时施用腐植酸钠和保水剂均表现出对生菜的生长有促进作用,T1、T2、T3的株高分别增加了20.63%、46.87%、58.75%,产量增加38.4%~61.3%,达显著水平(P<0.05);在品质方面,T1、T2和T3生菜的V c含量分别比对照增加17.25%、28.60%、46.54%,粗蛋白含量分别增加16.25%、36.46%、48.01%。硝酸盐含量分别减少19.68%、28.37%、33.62%。在等氮、磷、钾养分条件下,腐植酸钠和保水剂的比例以7∶3的配比效果最佳。

The effects of different proportions of sodium humate and the water retaining agent on growth and produc-tion of lettuce were studied. The results showed that compared with the control, simultaneous application of humic acid sodium and water retaining agent could stimulat the growth of lettuce. Plant height of T1, T2 and T3 were increased by 20.63%, 46.87%and 58.75%respectively. The yield were increased by 38.4%~61.3%among four manure treatments (P<0.05). Compared with the control, the contents of Vc in T1, T2 and T3 were increased by 17.25%, 28.60%, 46.54%, and crude protein contents were ncreased by 16.25%, 36.46% and 48.01%, respectively. On the hand, the content of nitrate decreased 19.68%, 28.37%and 19.68%, indicating that the quality of lettuce improved signiifcantly. Under the same nutrient supplies, among all of the treatments, using 7 g sodium humate:3 g water retention agent composition could achieve the best effect.
