根据过滤器壳罩注塑件的结构特点,对注塑件进行工艺分析,设计了过滤器壳罩注塑模。注塑模采用热流道浇注系统,通过侧浇口完成一模四腔的进料。为实现多个方位侧抽芯,模具采用斜导柱侧抽芯和液压侧抽芯相结合的方式,保证注塑件顺利脱模。为增强冷却效果,动定模分别设有冷却系统。实践证明,该模具结构合理,生产效率高。
根據過濾器殼罩註塑件的結構特點,對註塑件進行工藝分析,設計瞭過濾器殼罩註塑模。註塑模採用熱流道澆註繫統,通過側澆口完成一模四腔的進料。為實現多箇方位側抽芯,模具採用斜導柱側抽芯和液壓側抽芯相結閤的方式,保證註塑件順利脫模。為增彊冷卻效果,動定模分彆設有冷卻繫統。實踐證明,該模具結構閤理,生產效率高。

According to the structure characteristics of common filter housing plastic part,the injection mould was designed by analyzing process of the plastic part. Hot runner gating system and side gate were used for feeding four cavities in the mold. In order to achieve multiple direction side core pulling,angle pillar-slide and hydraulic side core pulling mechanism were used to ensure smooth demolding of plastic parts. To enhance the cooling effect,cooling system was provided in both fixhalf and movehalf. Practice prove that the mold structure is reasonable and high efficiency.
