在分析角接触球轴承保持架的结构特点和注塑成型工艺的基础上,着重研究了注塑模具中分型面选取及其成型零件的结构设计等技术难点,提出了易于制造并能满足成型精度要求的组合式凸模、凹模结构设计方案,最后给出了一套完整的塑料保持架的注塑模结构,模具结构简单、可靠。

The technical difficulties such as selecting the parting surface and designing the structure of the molding part of injection mold were researched emphatically on the basis of the analysis of the structure of the angular contact ball bearing cage and the injection molding process. Thus a structure design scheme of the combined cavity and punch is put out which would be easy to manufacture and satisfy the precision requirement. A complete set of bearing cage injection mold,which would be simple and reliable,is finally proposed.
