采用有限元方法分析了工艺参数中入口流量和壁面滑移对挤出成型的影响,特别是对挤出压力降,挤出胀大比以及模流平衡系数等重要指标的影响。结果表明,随着入口流量的增大,模流平衡系数增大,同时模具型腔内的压力降也线性增大。壁面滑移的存在有利于减小挤出模内的速度梯度,从而减小挤出胀大比和模流平衡系数。
採用有限元方法分析瞭工藝參數中入口流量和壁麵滑移對擠齣成型的影響,特彆是對擠齣壓力降,擠齣脹大比以及模流平衡繫數等重要指標的影響。結果錶明,隨著入口流量的增大,模流平衡繫數增大,同時模具型腔內的壓力降也線性增大。壁麵滑移的存在有利于減小擠齣模內的速度梯度,從而減小擠齣脹大比和模流平衡繫數。

Finite element analysis method was used to analyze the influence of the inlet flow and wall slip on the extrusion, especially for the extrusion pressure drop,extrusion swell ratio and dies balance coefficient etc. The result show that with the increase of the inlet flow,die balance coefficient increases,while the mold cavity pressure drop also is increased linearly. The existence of wall slip is conducive to reduce the velocity gradient inside the extrusion die,thereby reducing the extrusion die swell ratio and die balance coefficient.
