研究了泥鳅( Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)体表黏液对微生物结构蛋白与多糖的降解作用和对微生物生长的影响。采用考马斯亮蓝法和DNS法检测泥鳅黏液与微生物结构大分子混合作用,及黏液上清液中的可溶性蛋白含量和还原糖量。并将泥鳅黏液分别与酵母菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、江内船体污损菌FB-a和绿藻混合作用,比较活性黏液和灭活黏液对它们的影响。结果显示,泥鳅黏液对酵母和大肠杆菌的结构蛋白和多糖没有显示出可常规检测到的降解作用;对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌以及江内船体污损菌FB-a也没有显示出生长抑制或杀菌作用,两种细菌和FB-a菌株与泥鳅黏液作用后生长正常,甚至生长更旺盛,且菌细胞发生聚集,不易分散;但对遍生绿藻产生明显的生长抑制,与泥鳅粘液作用后,绿藻吸附黏液蛋白成分而发生聚集,贴壁生长明显减弱。

This paper studied the effects of loach ( Misgurnus anguillicaudatus) body-surface mucus on the degradation of microbial structure protein and polysaccharide and its influence on microbial growth .For the supernate of the mixed loach mucus and microbial′s structure macromolecules , the method of coomassie brilliant blue was used to detect the soluble pro-tein content and the method of DNS was used detect the reducing sugar content .Then mixed loach mucus respectively with E.coli、 staphylococcus aureus, ship fouling bacterium a (FB-a) and algae, compared with the influence of the growth of active mucus and inactivated mucus for two kinds of pathogenic bacteria FB -a and algae.The results showed that the mucus obtained from the loach′s natural life environment showed no conventional detectable degradation on the structural proteins and polysaccharides of yeast and E.coli; loach mucus also showed no growth inhibition or bactericidal effect on E.coli, staphylococcus aureus and ship fouling bacterium a ( FB-a ) , these two kinds of pathogenic bacteria and FB-a strains showed a regular growth after treated with loach mucus , they even grew more vigorously and gathered together so that it′s difficult to disperse; But for living green algae , the mucus showed obvious growth inhibition .Green algae adhered to mu-cous protein and gathered together , then adherent growth decreased significantly .
