目的：建立并动态观察小鼠梗阻型黄疸模型。方法选取Balb/c小鼠40只，随机分为模型组（32只）和对照组（8只），实验组结扎胆总管。于结扎后第1天，第3天，第5天和第7天动态观察胆总管直径、小鼠肝脏病理变化、血常规及肝功能变化。结果实验结果表明，小鼠随着胆总管结扎时间的延长，其胆总管的直径增宽， ALT，AST， TBIL，DBIL，ALP，CHOL，中间细胞总数百分数升高，均在术后第3天到达高峰，然后其数值有所下降。白细胞总数在术后第1天升高，第3天降到最低点，之后有所恢复至平稳，但是仍低于正常。淋巴细胞百分比术后下降，到第5天降到最低点。肝细胞坏死随术后时间长而加重。结论 Balb/c小鼠在通过结扎胆总管造成梗阻型黄疸时，其变化的规律与人类相似，并且造模时间短，是研究梗阻型黄疸病理生理机制和治疗的可靠实验模型。
목적：건립병동태관찰소서경조형황달모형。방법선취Balb/c소서40지，수궤분위모형조（32지）화대조조（8지），실험조결찰담총관。우결찰후제1천，제3천，제5천화제7천동태관찰담총관직경、소서간장병리변화、혈상규급간공능변화。결과실험결과표명，소서수착담총관결찰시간적연장，기담총관적직경증관， ALT，AST， TBIL，DBIL，ALP，CHOL，중간세포총수백분수승고，균재술후제3천도체고봉，연후기수치유소하강。백세포총수재술후제1천승고，제3천강도최저점，지후유소회복지평은，단시잉저우정상。림파세포백분비술후하강，도제5천강도최저점。간세포배사수술후시간장이가중。결론 Balb/c소서재통과결찰담총관조성경조형황달시，기변화적규률여인류상사，병차조모시간단，시연구경조형황달병리생리궤제화치료적가고실험모형。
Objective To establish mouse biliary obstruction model and to study the model dynamically .Methods Forty Balbc/mice were used and divided into experimental group (n=32) and control group (n=8).Mice of the experimental group were inflicted with obstructive jaundice through ligation of common bile duct .Mice were sacrificed on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th days after the ligation to measure bile duct diameter , complete blood count , liver function and to study morphologi-cal changes in the liver .Results The levels of common bile duct diameter , MID%, ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL, ALP and CHOL elevated in association with the time of common bile duct ligation , reached the peak on the third day after surgery , then began to decline .WBC elevated on the first day after surgery , then began to decline .LYM%declined after surgery , to the minimum on the fifth day .Liver cell necrosis increased in association with surgery time .Conclusoi n The clinical manifestations of this model are similar to those of patients with biliary obstruction and the cycle time of inducing this model is short.This model might be valuable in researching the mechanism of the obstructive jaundice .
