以某电厂典型600 MW机组协调控制系统为例,通过对机组负荷压力对象模型进行线性化处理,设计一种机对炉单向解耦炉跟机协调控制系统。仿真证明其控制品质较基本炉跟机控制有大幅度的提高,对现场模型摄动具有很好的鲁棒性。在DCS中组态实现该控制方案,重点解决解耦环节的工程设计问题。现场调试结果表明,负荷升降速率和一次调频指标满足电网要求,同时机前压力波动符合锅炉运行安全要求。控制系统具有优良的控制品质。

Taking the example of the coordinated control system in a typical 600 MW unit,by linearizing the non-linear dynamic model of load-pressure object,a unidirectional decoupling scheme of turbine side to boiler side for coordinated control system was designed and simulated. The simulation results show that the performance of the de-coupling system is better than that of basic boiler following control mode and the decoupling system has finer robust-ness with the variation of the model. Based on the comprehensive simulation test,the real decoupling scheme was designed in DCS configuration. The engineering design of the decoupling was solved. The commissioned results show that the load change rate and the index of primary frequency regulation can satisfy the demand of the power gird and the fluctuation of throttle pressure can meet the requirement of the boiler safe operation. The control sys-tem has better control performance than traditional boiler following control mode.
