中医学认为脾是“后天之本”,“气血生化之源”,现代医学证实脾的生理功能与物质能量代谢之间存在联系。本文综述了脾虚证患者或动物存在的物质能量代谢紊乱,包括葡萄糖、蛋白质、脂质、能量、核酸和水液的代谢障碍,主要体现在糖分解产能的方式发生变化,糖原含量异常,蛋白质合成和分解过程异常,甘油三酯代谢及胆固醇的代谢异常,线粒体形态、数量以及功能发生异常改变,DNA和RNA合成减少,水通道蛋白的表达和功能异常等,对脾虚证与物质能量代谢紊乱的相关性进行评述。本综述对脾虚证机体的物质能量代谢进行分析,将有助于进一步深入理解脾的生理功能和脾虚证的实质。

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen is "the foundation of acquired constitution","source of generating QI and blood"modern medicine confirms that there is a link between spleen physiological functions and energy metabolism.This review described spleen deficiency syndrome patients and animals appear energy metabolism disorders , including abnormal glucose , proteins, lipids, energy, nucleic acids and water solution metabolism , mainly reflected in ab-normal glycogen content , glucose decomposition , protein synthesis and decomposition process , increased lipid peroxida-tion, decreased antioxidant enzyme activity , abnormal changes in the mitochondrial morphology , number and function , re-duced synthesis of DNA and RNA , the water channel protein expression and function abnormalities , etc., and thus to in-vestigate the correlation between spleen deficiency syndrome and substance and energy metabolism disorders .Therefore , by the analysis of the energy metabolism of the spleen deficiency will help further understanding of the nature of the physiologi -cal function of the spleen and spleen deficiency syndrome .
