针对近些年来火电厂多次发生的低频功率振荡现象,分别从理论分析和现场应用角度研究了火电厂原动机侧存在的两种主要的振荡源,并针对这两种振荡源分别提出了阀门非线性校正、考虑主汽压力扰动的功率自适应PID控制方案来预防功率振荡。在DCS系统上编制了功率振荡判据程序,用来实时地监测汽轮机实发功率和功率设定值信号,当机组功率发生低频振荡时可以及时地发出报警信号并切断机组功率闭环控制,进而快速消除振荡。
針對近些年來火電廠多次髮生的低頻功率振盪現象,分彆從理論分析和現場應用角度研究瞭火電廠原動機側存在的兩種主要的振盪源,併針對這兩種振盪源分彆提齣瞭閥門非線性校正、攷慮主汽壓力擾動的功率自適應PID控製方案來預防功率振盪。在DCS繫統上編製瞭功率振盪判據程序,用來實時地鑑測汽輪機實髮功率和功率設定值信號,噹機組功率髮生低頻振盪時可以及時地髮齣報警信號併切斷機組功率閉環控製,進而快速消除振盪。

In that case low-frequency power oscillation in thermal power units,this article discusses several oscil-lation sources existing in engine side from theoretical analysis and application field. According to the two kinds of oscillation sources,corresponding methods including valve nonlinear correction and main steam pressure adaptive control are proposed. In order to prevent and remove oscillation,this paper words out programs on the DCS system, which is used to monitor the power and power set point. When the unit power is in low frequency oscillation,the program can send out alarm signals in time and cut off the power control loop to eliminate oscillation quickly.
