薄板冷冲工艺是制造业大批量生产的重要工序，市场经济导致需求高、换代快、品种多，相应模具及使用的问题增多。本研究总结了公司长期生产经验，运用计算机辅助设计技术设计通用性模具座，并建立系列结构图库，不仅缩短安装调试时间，提高产品质量稳定性，且其全套技术也已投入实际应用。

Die cold stamping technology is an important process on mass production of manufacturing but market economy cause high demand, rapidly renewing and many varieties, increasing problems on corresponding die and its usage. The research designs universal die holders and sets up a series of storeroom by used CAD technique, which based on long-term production experience from company. It not only shortened installing and debugging time, improved quality stability on product;but also a complete set of technique have already been put into practical application.
