目的:测定丁香罗勒多糖含量,为丁香罗勒抗前列腺癌活性研究提供依据。方法:用苯酚-硫酸法测定丁香罗勒水提取物中多糖的含量。结果:丁香罗勒多糖含量为9.1%。结论丁香罗勒多糖有可能为抗前列腺癌的主要成分之一,具有进一步研究的价值。

Objective: The polysaccharide content of Ocimum gratissimum L. was determined to provide the data for anti-prostate cancer research. Methods Phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the content of polysaccharide in OcimumgratissimumL. Results: The total amount of polysaccharides in Ocimum gratissimum L. was 9.1%. Conclusion: The polysaccharides of Ocimum gratissimumL.maybe one of components having anti-prostate cancer activity and is worth further studying.
