低温和外源GA3（赤霉素）与观赏植物花期调控密切相关。本研究以早花品种‘大富贵’、‘粉玉奴’，中花品种‘莲台’，晚花品种‘杨妃出浴’为试验材料，研究了低温和GA3组合处理对芍药切花花期调控的影响。结果表明：适宜的低温时长和GA3质量浓度有提高成花率、增大开花直径、减少开花积温的效果。综合4个品种的处理效果来看，中花品种‘莲台’的成花率及切花质量等指标均表现最优。对早花品种而言，低温28 d后经GA3质量浓度为100～200 mg· L-1处理的效果最好；对中花品种而言，低温42 d后经GA3质量浓度为400 mg· L-1处理的效果最好；对晚花品种而言，低温42 d后经GA3质量浓度为100 mg· L-1处理的效果最好。

Early flowers‘Da Fu Gui’ and‘Fen Yu Nu’ , middle flowers‘Lian Tai’ and late flowers‘Yang Fei Chu Yu’ were selected to study the effects of chilling and GA3 treatment on flowering regulation of Paeonia lactiflora cut flowers.The fea-sible chilling time and GA3 content can increase flowering rate and flower diameter , and lower the cumulative temperature of flowering.The flowering rate and the quality of cut flower indicators of middle flowers ‘Lian Tai’ are the optimal.For the early flowers, the optimal chilling treatment is 28 days with the optimal GA3 content of 100-200 mg· L-1 .For the middle flowers, the optimal chilling treatment is 42 days with the optimal GA3 content of 400 mg· L-1 .For the late flow-ers, the optimal chilling treatment is 42 days with the optimal GA3 content of 100 mg· L-1 .
