目的:了解医学生亚健康现状及其影响因素,为高校有针对性的健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取滨州医学院1~3年级在校生1000名发放《青少年亚健康多维评定问卷》进行自填式问卷调查,并用SPSS13.0软件进行χ2检验及多元非条件logistic回归分析。结果990名医学生中,亚健康状态的检出率为33.54%,不同性别的亚健康状态检出率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=12.40,P<0.05),男生的亚健康状态检出率要高于女生;医学生亚健康状态发生的危险因素主要是身体健康状况、与同学相处情况、在校学习成绩、家庭气氛。结论医学生亚健康状态比较严重,建议高校对大学生进行心理辅导及提升社交能力等措施进行干预。

Objective To learn the health status and influencing factors in medical college students and to provide proof for health education .Methods By stratified and cluster sampling ,1000 medical students in 1~3 grade were investigated by multidimensional sub-health questionnaire of adolescents ,and the data were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software for χ2 test and multivariate logistic regression analysis.Results The incidence of sub-health was 33.54% in 990 medical college students .The incidence of sub-health in male students was higher than female students ,which differences are statistically (χ2 =12.40,P<0.05),The main risk factors of sub-health were health status ,classmates relationship ,academic achievement ,family atmosphere .Conclusions The health status in medical col-lege students was not satisfactory , so it is recommended that the universities should take appropriate measures such as psychological counseling and improving social ability to raise students'overall health standard .
