目的:探讨全数字化乳腺摄影联合超声检查在不典型乳腺癌早期发现和早期诊断中的价值。方法回顾分析术后病理证实为乳腺癌的64例不典型乳腺癌病例,术前均做过全数字化乳腺摄影检查和超声检查。结果全数字化乳腺摄影检查术前诊断为乳腺癌者33例,诊断符合率为51.56%,其中10例影像学表现为单纯微钙化;超声检查术前诊断为乳腺癌者26例,诊断符合率40.62%;联合超声检查,经综合分析,两者联合诊断乳腺癌21例,使诊断准确率达88.89%。结论全数字化乳腺摄影联合超声检查可以提高对不典型乳腺癌的早期诊断准确率,降低漏诊率和误诊率。

목적:탐토전수자화유선섭영연합초성검사재불전형유선암조기발현화조기진단중적개치。방법회고분석술후병리증실위유선암적64례불전형유선암병례,술전균주과전수자화유선섭영검사화초성검사。결과전수자화유선섭영검사술전진단위유선암자33례,진단부합솔위51.56%,기중10례영상학표현위단순미개화;초성검사술전진단위유선암자26례,진단부합솔40.62%;연합초성검사,경종합분석,량자연합진단유선암21례,사진단준학솔체88.89%。결론전수자화유선섭영연합초성검사가이제고대불전형유선암적조기진단준학솔,강저루진솔화오진솔。
Objective To explore the value of the full-field digital mammography combined with high-frequency ultrasonography in the diagnosis of non-typical breast carcinoma .Methods Retrospective analysis of 64 cases of non-typical breast carcinoma by Patho-logically confirmed breast cancer after surgery , those cases all examined by full-field digital mammography and high-frequency ultra-sonography .Results Only by full-field digital mammography ,33 cases were diagnosed breast cancers ,the diagnostic accordance rate was 51.56%,including 10 cases of simple microcalcifications .26 cases were diagnosed breast cancers by high-frequency ultrasonogra-phy with 40.62% diagnostic accordance rate .21 cases were diagnosed accurately through combination of the two methods ,so the diag-nostic accordance rate was increased 88.89%.Conclusion The full-field digital mammography combined with high-frequency ultra-sonography enhances the diagnosis rate ,and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate .
