为了研究超细颗粒5,7-二氨基-4,6-二硝基苯并氧化呋咱(DADNBF )的性质,采用溶剂-非溶剂法制备了超细DADNBF颗粒。研究了超细DADNBF的粒径分布、撞击感度、热稳定性、真空安定性、冲击波感度和飞片起爆感度等性能,并与普通DADNBF和超细 HNS-Ⅳ进行比较。研究结果表明:DADNBF超细化后,样品粒度主要分布在00.35~03.16μm范围内;比表面积为251. m2/g ;撞击感度 H 50为108 cm ;DSC分解放热峰温为300℃,比细化前降低13℃;飞片起爆实验最低起爆电压为23.5 kV ;冲击波感度 X50=75.4 mm。超细DADNBF综合性能与超细HNS-Ⅳ接近。

In order to study the properties of ultrafine 5 ,7-diamino-4 ,6-dinitrobenzenfuroxan (DADNBF) , ultrafine DADNBF was prepared using solvent/non-solvent method .The particle size distribution ,impact sensitivi-ty ,thermal stability ,vacuum stability ,shock sensitivity and flyer sensitivity of ultrafine DADNBF were compara-tively analyzed with raw DADNBF and ultrafine HNS-Ⅳ .The results show that the particle size distribution of ul-trafine DADNBF is in a range of 0 0.35-0 3.16 μm ,the specific surface area is 25 1. m2/g ,and the impact sensitivity (H50 ) is 108cm .The temperature at the exothermic peak of ultrafine DADNBF is 300℃ ,13℃ lower than that of the raw DADNBF .The critical initiation voltage of ultrafine DADNBF in flyer initiation test is 2 .35 kV and the shock sensitivity (X50 ) is 7 .54 mm .The comprehensive properties of ultrafine DADNBF are similar to ultrafine HNS-Ⅳ .
