Employee turnover rate in China's hotels has been remaining at a relatively high level due to hotels' open personnel mechanism and some other factors from society, employees, and so on. The phenomenon has in-tensified in recent years, disrupting China's hotel industry. The paper analyzed the reasons for the relatively high employee turnover rate and its impact on hotel operations. It suggested the strategies that effectively con-trol employee turnover.
