行为导向教学模式以行动为导向,让学生使用脑、心、手等开展全面学习,培养学生主动的创业意识,复合型、多维度的知识能力结构和过硬的心理思想道德品质。为在物流创业人才培养中更好地实施行为导向教学模式,必须转变传统的教学目标,加强师资队伍建设,设置合理的课程体系,选择适用教材,采用针对性的教学方法。
行為導嚮教學模式以行動為導嚮,讓學生使用腦、心、手等開展全麵學習,培養學生主動的創業意識,複閤型、多維度的知識能力結構和過硬的心理思想道德品質。為在物流創業人纔培養中更好地實施行為導嚮教學模式,必鬚轉變傳統的教學目標,加彊師資隊伍建設,設置閤理的課程體繫,選擇適用教材,採用針對性的教學方法。
행위도향교학모식이행동위도향,양학생사용뇌、심、수등개전전면학습,배양학생주동적창업의식,복합형、다유도적지식능력결구화과경적심리사상도덕품질。위재물류창업인재배양중경호지실시행위도향교학모식,필수전변전통적교학목표,가강사자대오건설,설치합리적과정체계,선택괄용교재,채용침대성적교학방법。
The action-oriented teaching mode allows students to use their brain , heart and hands to carry out a comprehensive study and cultivates students’ initiative entrepreneurship awareness, compound and multi-dimensional knowledge ability structure as well as excellent ideological and moral quality .To better implement the action-oriented teaching mode in the cultivation of logis-tics entrepreneurial talents, we must change conventional teaching objectives, strengthen the faculty construction, set up a reasona-ble curriculum system, choose suitable textbooks, and employ individualized teaching methods.
