引渡是国际公法的主要制度之一，是国家间在相互尊重主权基础上展开的国际刑事司法合作。引渡理论精微渊深，一直以来与国际刑事司法合作实践的发展休戚相关，直接关系到国家主权权利的实现途径。以引渡实践为依托，对引渡理论特别是引渡诸原则进行历史梳理，同时结合反腐败国际合作的大背景，讨论引渡实践的困境和引渡替代措施的前景，对我国反腐败国际刑事合作实践将会大有裨益。
引渡是國際公法的主要製度之一，是國傢間在相互尊重主權基礎上展開的國際刑事司法閤作。引渡理論精微淵深，一直以來與國際刑事司法閤作實踐的髮展休慼相關，直接關繫到國傢主權權利的實現途徑。以引渡實踐為依託，對引渡理論特彆是引渡諸原則進行歷史梳理，同時結閤反腐敗國際閤作的大揹景，討論引渡實踐的睏境和引渡替代措施的前景，對我國反腐敗國際刑事閤作實踐將會大有裨益。

As one of the main institutions of public international law, extradition is viewed as international criminal justice cooperation among countries on the basis of mutual respect of sovereignty. Extradition theory is of great subtlety and deep origin and directly related to the development of international criminal justice cooperation and practices and the realization of national sovereignty. Based on the extradition practices, this paper, in relation to the background of international cooperation against corruption, attempts to give a historical analysis on the principles of extradition, especially extradition theories and illustrate on the difficulties and prospects of alternative measures, which will be of great benefit to international cooperation against corruption.
