探討瞭化機漿生產中木片在浸漬繫統與高分子錶麵活性物類滲透軟化劑的作用機理、吸收反應,可促使木片更加鬆疏,加速藥液浸透木片內部潤脹纖維,從而更有利于磨漿。使用滲透軟化劑可降低電耗、節約能源和化學品用量,併可適用于多種化機漿的生產。

Through the mechanism of polymer surfactant penetration softener category, the wood and the absorption reaction of penetrating and softening agent to chip in impregnation system were studied, which can make wood more loose, more conducive to soak and swell the internal ifber of wood, thus more conducive to grind the pulp. The application of penetrating and softening agent can reduce the consumption of power, energy and chemicals.
