采用分散松香胶-PAC施胶系统,可实现大缸纸机生产铝箔衬纸的近中性施胶;与酸性施胶相比在减少设备腐蚀、提高纸页强度等方面有诸多优势。本文利用DOE田口实验设计方案,对PAC施胶系统进行了优化,其中阳离子淀粉0.8%, PAC0.6%,分散松香胶1.0%。
採用分散鬆香膠-PAC施膠繫統,可實現大缸紙機生產鋁箔襯紙的近中性施膠;與痠性施膠相比在減少設備腐蝕、提高紙頁彊度等方麵有諸多優勢。本文利用DOE田口實驗設計方案,對PAC施膠繫統進行瞭優化,其中暘離子澱粉0.8%, PAC0.6%,分散鬆香膠1.0%。

Using dispersed rosin-PAC sizing system, nearly neutral sizing can be realized to produce aluminum foil backing paper with Yankee paper machines, which has the advantage in reducing equipment corrosion and raising paper strength, compared with acidic sizing. In this paper, Taguchi design of experiment was applied to optimize the PAC sizing system, in which the optimal solution is as follow:cationic starch 0.8%, PAC 0.6%, dispersed rosin size 1.0%.
