目的：分析Graves眼病生存质量量表(GO-QOL)，在Graves眼病患者放射治疗后生存质量评价中的作用。方法：选取1979-1999年在解放军总医院接受放疗的104例Graves眼病患者为研究对象，并于2004-2005年应用GO-QOL调查表对研究对象进行生存质量问卷调查并统计分析。结果：本次调查随访期为7.5～25.0年，共发出调查问卷104份，收回87份。GO-QOL中视觉功能和社会心理功能均有不同程度的降低，有55.2%的患者对于放射治疗后的疗效不满。结论：Graves眼病的放射治疗后许多患者在相当长时间内的生存质量并不令人满意，眼部症状及体征依然存在，进而影响患者身心健康，故放射治疗后的相关治疗、护理及心理干预极其重要。GO-QOL较为适合Graves眼病的临床研究工作，值得大力推广。

Objective:To evaluate the long-term effect of Graves’ ophthalopathy (GO) on health-related quality of life (HRQL) after irradiation. Methods:From 1979 to 1999, one hundred and four patients with GO received orbital irradiation. Between 2004 and 2005, these patients receive the GO-QOL Questionnaire, and their outcome was analyzed. Results:87 patients complete the Graves’ophthalmopathy Quality of Life questionnaire. Follow-up period was between 7.5 and 25 years. 55.2%of respondents felt that their eyes were still abnormal. Conclusion:Orbital irradiation is effective and safe, but GO has a marked negative effect on HRQL, even many years after irradiation. Symptoms and signs of GO apparently persist and patients keep having trouble with general physical function and negative psychosocial consequences. So aftercare is needed for these patients after orbital irradiation.
