目的:探讨新生儿床边胸部计算机X射线摄影的有效成像方法和必要的辐射防护措施,以提高摄片成功率和影像质量。方法:利用床边X射线机配合CR系统进行全程化、系统化操作处理,并同时兼顾到摄片质量和辐射防护。结果:在对患儿加强防护的前题下,对摄片过程、扫描器扫描及计算机图像处理等全程化管理后,降低了废片率,提高了图像质量。结论:通过合理运用管电压和管电流的扫描参数、照射距离、角度及照射野等摄影条件,针对新生儿自身发育特点,结合恰当的摄片体位并辅助以辐射防护措施,有效提高摄片质量和辐射防护效果。

목적:탐토신생인상변흉부계산궤X사선섭영적유효성상방법화필요적복사방호조시,이제고섭편성공솔화영상질량。방법:이용상변X사선궤배합CR계통진행전정화、계통화조작처리,병동시겸고도섭편질량화복사방호。결과:재대환인가강방호적전제하,대섭편과정、소묘기소묘급계산궤도상처리등전정화관리후,강저료폐편솔,제고료도상질량。결론:통과합리운용관전압화관전류적소묘삼수、조사거리、각도급조사야등섭영조건,침대신생인자신발육특점,결합흡당적섭편체위병보조이복사방호조시,유효제고섭편질량화복사방호효과。
Objective:To explore the effective imaging method of neonatal bedside chest computed radiography and necessary protective measures, to improve the success rate and image quality for radiography. Methods:By using bedside X-ray machine with CR system was integrated, systematic operation processing, and also give consideration to the radiography quality and protection. Results:on the premise of strengthening the protection of children, the whole process management of photographic process, scanner and computer image processing, reduce remake rate, improves the image quality. Conclusion:By using KV, mA, distance, angle, field etc photography conditions, according to the development characteristics of newborn, appropriate exposure position and auxiliary protective measures, can effectively improve the image quality and protective effect.
