目的:设计国内领先的基于静脉识别技术的医院患者识别管理系统,实现医院患者识别管理的准确控制,从而得到良好的临床治疗效果。方法:采用近红外线照射手掌皮肤的静脉血管,使用摄像机获取静脉生物特征的红外图像,通过图像采集、预处理、特征提取以及特征值的提取与匹配等过程从而实现患者身份确认。结果:该系统的正确识别率为98%,识别时间<0.5 s,其两个关键技术指标均达到业内同等水平。结论:静脉识别是所有生物识别技术中难以伪造的先进技术,具有很高的安全性。该系统能实现更好的错误拒绝率和错误接受率、用户认可度高以及识别速度快的优点,可在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To design patient recognition management system in hospital based on vein recognition technique to realize the accurate control of patient recognition management for better clinical therapeutic effect. Methods:Irradiating the vein vessel in the palm of the hand or the back with infrared ray, then extracting biological feature from the infrared vein image obtained by camera. To make the identify recognition come true, we did some processing such as image capture and preprocessing, feature extraction and match and so on. Results:Both the two key technical indexes arrived at the industry level. The correct recognition rate achieved 98% and the recognition time was less than 0.5s. Conclusion: The Vein recognition is the most difficult to forge, and has the most high security level among all the biology recognition techniques. This system possesses of many advantages of a very low false rejection rate and false acceptance rate, high recognition, and fast recognition speed. Thus it can be widely applied in clinic.
