对萤石、方解石和白钨矿进行了单矿物和实际矿石浮选试验,并通过红外光谱和Zeta电位研究了矿物与捕收剂TAB-3和调整剂水玻璃的作用机理。结果表明:用Na2CO3调介质pH 为8~11时,有利于白钨矿与方解石的浮选分离;用NaOH 调介质pH≥11时,有利于白钨矿与萤石的浮选分离。捕收剂TAB-3在白钨矿、萤石和方解石表面均发生化学吸附,但加入水玻璃后,捕收剂TAB-3在萤石和方解石表面的吸附减弱。因此,添加水玻璃有利于白钨矿与萤石的浮选分离,更有利于白钨矿与方解石的浮选分离。
對螢石、方解石和白鎢礦進行瞭單礦物和實際礦石浮選試驗,併通過紅外光譜和Zeta電位研究瞭礦物與捕收劑TAB-3和調整劑水玻璃的作用機理。結果錶明:用Na2CO3調介質pH 為8~11時,有利于白鎢礦與方解石的浮選分離;用NaOH 調介質pH≥11時,有利于白鎢礦與螢石的浮選分離。捕收劑TAB-3在白鎢礦、螢石和方解石錶麵均髮生化學吸附,但加入水玻璃後,捕收劑TAB-3在螢石和方解石錶麵的吸附減弱。因此,添加水玻璃有利于白鎢礦與螢石的浮選分離,更有利于白鎢礦與方解石的浮選分離。
대형석、방해석화백오광진행료단광물화실제광석부선시험,병통과홍외광보화Zeta전위연구료광물여포수제TAB-3화조정제수파리적작용궤리。결과표명:용Na2CO3조개질pH 위8~11시,유리우백오광여방해석적부선분리;용NaOH 조개질pH≥11시,유리우백오광여형석적부선분리。포수제TAB-3재백오광、형석화방해석표면균발생화학흡부,단가입수파리후,포수제TAB-3재형석화방해석표면적흡부감약。인차,첨가수파리유리우백오광여형석적부선분리,경유리우백오광여방해석적부선분리。
A flotation test on mono-minerals and practical ore of fluorite,calcite and scheelite was conducted.The mechanism of the minerals and TAB-3 collector,sodium silicate regulator was studied by infrared spectrum and Zeta potential.The results showed that it was conducive to a flotation separation of scheelite and calcite when the medium pH was adjusted as 8-11 by use of Na2CO3 .It was conducive to a flotation separation of scheelite and fluorite when the medium was pH≥11 with NaOH.The role between collector TAB-3 and scheelite,fluorite and calcite is chemical adsorption.The collector adsorbed on the surface of fluorite and calcite reduced after adding sodium silicate.Therefore,it is advantageous to the flotation separation of scheelite and fluorite if adding sodium silicate duing their flotation separation,and more advantageous to the flotation separation of scheelite and calcite.
