资源储量的急速消耗和重金属污染,是影响我国有色金属矿山企业可持续发展的重大瓶颈问题。铜坑矿技术人员对井下破碎矿柱、垮落区及残矿资源区域开展了实地详细调查,建立了矿体垮落区和采空区数字模型。根据开采技术难度重新划分了资源储量类别,与科研院校合作开展了采矿技术研发与应用研究,盘活了过去难以利用的资源储量,在破碎矿柱等难采矿段极大限度地回收了矿石;同时,加大深边部综合勘查力度,根据目前工程验证,预示了良好的找矿潜力。实践表明:开源节流并举是一项促进矿山企业增长经济效益、减少环境污染的战略决策。

The rapid consumption of resources and pollution of heavy metals is a major bottleneck problem influencing the sustainable development of the nonferrous metal mine enterprises in China.The technical personnel from Tongkeng Mine carried out a detailed investigation on the crushing pillar,caving zone and residual ore resources area underground,and set up the digital models of the caving zones and goafs in the ore body.According to the mining technical difficulties,the resources reserves categories was re-divided. Through the cooperation with some scientific research academies, some research and development of mining technology was carried out,and the resources reserves difficult to use in the past was liquidized,and ore maximally in the difficult mining section such as crushing pillar was recovered.At the same time,through strengthening the exploration of deep edge,there is a good prospecting potential on the basis of the current engineering verification.The practice show:“broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure”is a strategic decisions of promoting the economic benefits growth and reducing the environmental pollution for the mining enterprise.
