结合五阳矿选煤厂实际,对大小直径分选机的粗煤泥实际选分效果进行了对比分析。实验结果表明:大直径分选机TSS精煤产品中以1~0.3mm的物料为主,产率平均值为75.96%,远远大于小直径分选机对应产品的产率35.49%。因此,大直径分选机的分选效果明显优于小直径分选机。
結閤五暘礦選煤廠實際,對大小直徑分選機的粗煤泥實際選分效果進行瞭對比分析。實驗結果錶明:大直徑分選機TSS精煤產品中以1~0.3mm的物料為主,產率平均值為75.96%,遠遠大于小直徑分選機對應產品的產率35.49%。因此,大直徑分選機的分選效果明顯優于小直徑分選機。
결합오양광선매엄실제,대대소직경분선궤적조매니실제선분효과진행료대비분석。실험결과표명:대직경분선궤TSS정매산품중이1~0.3mm적물료위주,산솔평균치위75.96%,원원대우소직경분선궤대응산품적산솔35.49%。인차,대직경분선궤적분선효과명현우우소직경분선궤。
Combined with the practical of Coal Preparation Plant of Wu yang Coal Mine, the separation effect of large-and-small-diameter separator was analyzed. The results show that the large diameter separator TSS products based on 1~0.3mm materials,the average yield is 75.96%, and this yield is far greater than the corresponding product yield 35.49%. So, the large diameter separator separation effect is better than that of small diameter separator.
