在H2 SO4介质中,亚硝酸盐对KBrO3氧化铬天青S 褪色反应有催化作用,基于此建立了催化光度法测定亚硝酸盐的新方法。讨论了 H2 SO4用量、铬天青S 用量、KBrO3用量、加热温度及反应时间的影响,确立了最佳反应条件。在选择的条件下,该方法的线性范围为0.04~1.35 mg/L,检出限为6.6×10-3 mg/L。该方法用于香肠中亚硝酸盐的测定,结果满意。

A new catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of nitrite has been developed based on the catalytic effect of nitrite on the fading oxidation reaction between potassium bromate and chromazurol S in H2 SO4 medium.The influences of amount of H2 SO4 ,chromazurol S and KBrO3 , heating temperature and reaction time are discussed and the optimum conditions are established.Un-der the selected conditions,the linear range of determination is 0.04~1.35 mg/L and the detection limit is 6.6×10-3 mg/L.The method has been applied to determine nitrite in sausage with satisfactory results.
