为建立一种快速测定食品中重金属痕量镉的新方法,以生姜为样品,碱性介质中,Cd2+与溴化钾、邻菲罗啉反应生成多元配合物,利用共振光散射技术测定镉。结果表明:镉的最大共振散射光峰位于623.4 nm,镉的质量浓度在0~0.15μg/mL范围内与体系相对共振散射光强度有良好的线性关系,相关系数r为0.9984,检出限为0.012μg/mL;样品测定的 RSD<3.2%(n=5),回收率为93.2%~101.2%。该方法快速、简便、灵敏度高,为生姜中痕量镉的测定提供了参考。

A new resonance light scattering (RLS)method for the rapid determination of cadmium in ginger is developed based on cadmium in alkaline medium;cadmium (Ⅱ)reacted with potassium bro-mide,1,10-phenanthroline monohydrate to generate multiple complexes,using resonance light scat-tering technique for determination of cadmium.The results show that cadmium has maximum reso-nance light scattering peak at 623.4 nm.A good liner relationship (r=0.9984)is observed between cadmium concentration within the range of 0~0.15μg/mL and relative scattered light intensity.The detection limit of cadmium is 0.012 μg/mL and the relative standard deviations (RSD)of precision (n=5)are less than 3.2%.The average recovery rates of cadmium in four kinds of ginger are 93.2%~101.2%(n=5).This method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and it has provided references for the determination of trace cadmium in ginger.
