为减少黄姜黄色素的杂质，提高其色价，就9种大孔树脂纯化黄姜黄色素进行了研究。结果表明：XDA-7吸附黄姜黄色素的能力较强，其纯化工艺为吸附和洗脱流速均为1．5 mL/min，上样浓度为50 mg/mL（黄姜浓度），洗脱液为60％乙醇，pH 5．0，黄姜色素得率为4．48％，色价为114．5。

In order to reduce the impurities of yellow pigment from Dioscorea zingiberensis and improve its col-or value,research the purification of yellow pigment from Dioscorea zingiberensisin nine kinds of macro-porous resins.The results show macroporous resin XDA-7 is suitable to purify yellow pigment,its purifica-tion process is as follows:the flow rates of adsorption and desorption both are 1.5 mL/min,the sample con-centration is 50 mg/mL (concentration ofDioscorea zingiberensis),the desorption solution is 60% ethanol, pH 5.0,the pigment yield is 4.48% and the color value reaches 114.5.
