目的:观察CT引导下半月神经节射频热凝加阿霉素毁损治疗三叉神经痛的远近期疗效。方法对68例三叉神经痛患者CT引导下行半月神经节射频热凝加阿霉素毁损治疗。观察并记录术前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分( VAS ),进行疗效评估,并随访2年,观察复发率。结果治疗后各时段VAS评分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后7 d后各时段与术后1 d疼痛VAS评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后30 d后各时段与术后7 d疼痛VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后疗效各时段相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT引导下半月神经节射频热凝加阿霉素毁损治疗三叉神经痛,可以提高疗效,降低复发率,减少并发症,是一种治疗三叉神经痛的安全有效方法。

목적:관찰CT인도하반월신경절사빈열응가아매소훼손치료삼차신경통적원근기료효。방법대68례삼차신경통환자CT인도하행반월신경절사빈열응가아매소훼손치료。관찰병기록술전후적동통시각모의평분( VAS ),진행료효평고,병수방2년,관찰복발솔。결과치료후각시단VAS평분균강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);술후7 d후각시단여술후1 d동통VAS평분차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);술후30 d후각시단여술후7 d동통VAS평분차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);술후료효각시단상비,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론 CT인도하반월신경절사빈열응가아매소훼손치료삼차신경통,가이제고료효,강저복발솔,감소병발증,시일충치료삼차신경통적안전유효방법。
Objective To observe the long-term and short-term curative effect of CT-guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation for gasseri-an ganglion with Adriamycin damage in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia . Methods 68 cases with trigeminal neuralgia were treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation for gasserian ganglion and Adriamycin damage . Pain visual analogue score ( VAS ) before and after the oper-ation was observed and recorded , and assessment of curative effect was conducted , then with a two-year follow-up visit to observe the recur-rence rate . Results In each period after treatment VAS score decreased , and the differences were of statistical significance ( P<0 . 05 ) . Pain visual analogue score ( VAS ) differences each period after seven days and 1 day after operation were of statistical significance ( P<0 . 05 ) . Pain visual analogue score ( VAS ) differences each period after 30 days and 7 days after operation pain were not of statistical significance ( P>0 . 05 ) . The differences of postoperative curative effects each period were not of statistical significance ( P>0 . 05 ) . Conclusion CT-guided ra-diofrequency thermocoagulation for gasserian ganglion with Adriamycin damage in the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia can improve the cu-rative effect , reduce the recurrence rate , reduce the complications , which is a safe and effective method to treat trigeminal neuralgia .
