目的:评价临床护理动态岗位管理的实施成效。方法:通过现场观察、访谈和岗位工作分析,设置护士跨科兼职动态岗位,选取门诊导诊岗、抽血岗、医技检查岗进行临床实践,收集实施前、后患者对相关岗位护理工作满意度并比较,计算医院对标准岗和动态岗岗位的投入成本费用。结果:实施后患者对相关岗位护理工作整体满意度较实施前提高(P<0.05),医院对动态岗投入的人力成本费用较标准岗低。结论:实施临床护理兼职动态岗位管理,可以盘活护理人力资源,为护士开辟多途径、宽幅度的职业发展通道,值得应用和推广。

목적:평개림상호리동태강위관리적실시성효。방법:통과현장관찰、방담화강위공작분석,설치호사과과겸직동태강위,선취문진도진강、추혈강、의기검사강진행림상실천,수집실시전、후환자대상관강위호리공작만의도병비교,계산의원대표준강화동태강강위적투입성본비용。결과:실시후환자대상관강위호리공작정체만의도교실시전제고(P<0.05),의원대동태강투입적인력성본비용교표준강저。결론:실시림상호리겸직동태강위관리,가이반활호리인력자원,위호사개벽다도경、관폭도적직업발전통도,치득응용화추엄。
Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of dynamic post management to clinical nursing work. Methods:The part-time dynamic nursing post was set through on-site observation, interview and job analysis. Then outpatient navigation post, blood-drawing post, and medical examination post were chosen to put into clinical practice. Patient satisfaction for nursing service and nursing human cost input were compared and analyzed before and after the implementation. Results:After the implementation, the scores of patient satisfaction for total nursing service were signiifcantly higher than before (P<0.05). The human cost input was lower. Conclusion:The dynamic nursing post management model can revitalize nursing human resources and exploit multi-channel, wide-range career paths for nurses. So it deserves promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
