通过中国知网（CNKI）和万方数据库等检索相关文献，对择期手术患儿术前禁食、禁饮时间的研究现状及进展进行综述，提出术前禁食、禁饮时间过长，会对患儿产生不良影响，建议适当缩短择期手术患儿术前禁饮时间，在术前禁食4～6 h，术前2h饮清液体可改善患儿自身感受，减轻患儿不适，满足其机体需要，缓解口渴感，同时降低患儿发生脱水的风险，且不会增加呕吐及误吸的发生率。
通過中國知網（CNKI）和萬方數據庫等檢索相關文獻，對擇期手術患兒術前禁食、禁飲時間的研究現狀及進展進行綜述，提齣術前禁食、禁飲時間過長，會對患兒產生不良影響，建議適噹縮短擇期手術患兒術前禁飲時間，在術前禁食4～6 h，術前2h飲清液體可改善患兒自身感受，減輕患兒不適，滿足其機體需要，緩解口渴感，同時降低患兒髮生脫水的風險，且不會增加嘔吐及誤吸的髮生率。

The research status and progress on the fasting time of children undergoing selective surgery were reviewed. Previous researches showed that there existed a bad inlfuence on children due to a long time of preoperative fasting and suggested preoperative fasting time should be shortened appropriately.The preoperative fasting 4-6h and drinking clear liquid 2h prior to surgery could improve the feelings of the children, ease discomfort, meet the needs of the body, ease thirst feeling and at the same time reduce the risk of dehydration in children and do not increase the incidence of vomiting and aspiration.
