护理人力资源短缺是影响当前我国护理事业发展的重要因素,如何提高护士的忠诚度、减少护士流失成为医疗服务管理中的重要课题。本文从理论的角度,对护士忠诚度的内涵进行了界定,探讨了影响护士忠诚度的相关因素,并提出了提升护士忠诚度的策略和途径,旨在为加强护理人力资源管理,稳定护理人才队伍提供参考。

Nurse shortage is the important factor that affects the current nursing care development in our country. How to improve the nurse loyalty and reduce the nurses' turnover are key issues in medical service management. In this paper, the connotation of the nurse loyalty is deifned;the related factors inlfuencing the nurse loyalty are discussed from the angle of the theory. In order to offer reference for strengthening nursing human resource management and stabilizing nursing personnel, strategies and ways of improving the nurse loyalty are put forward.
