以江苏省高等学校大学生实践创新训练计划项目为契机，建立适合高职护理专业学生认知规律的妇产科护理典型病例分析资源库（简称资源库），并进行病例讨论式教学和考核评价体系的改革。通过构建资源库，实现了资源共享，促进了学科建设。学生在参与科学研究和社会实践活动中，提高了创新精神、实践能力以及临床思维能力。

With the opportunity of the innovative practice project of training university students in Jiangsu province, we established typical case resource pool of gynecology and obstetrics nursing which was suitable for the cognitive rules of the students in higher vocational colleges. We carried out case discussion teaching method and reformed the examination evaluation system. The construction of the resource pool could realize the resource sharing, and promote the discipline construction. The college students participating in the activities of scientiifc research and social practice could help them to improve the innovative spirit and practice ability, to cultivate and develop the critical clinical thinking mode.
