分析了煤气冷凝鼓风系统横管初冷器生产现状和煤气净化过程中所需冷却水供给情况,结合热源和用冷需求情况,对初冷器进行适当改造,将初冷器上段高温循环水作为溴化锂吸收式热水型制冷机组热源,回收生产余热,实现能源的二次开发和利用,具有较好的经济效益和社会环保效益。

The current production situation of the horizontal-pipe primary cooler in the gas condensate blast system and the state of cooling water supply for gas purification process were analyzed. The primary cooler was transformed based on the actual condition of heat source and cooling water demand. The high-temperature circulating water in the upper section of the primary cooler was used as the heat source of lithium bromide absorption chiller to re-cover production waste heat and realize secondary energy development and utilization, achiev-ing good economic, social and environmental effect.
