目的:评价超声对原发性胆囊癌的诊断价值及漏误诊原因分析。方法选择胆囊占位病变98例,对其术前超声声像图表现进行分析,并与病理结果对照,重点分析超声诊断胆囊癌漏、误诊原因。结果经手术病理证实胆囊癌70例,超声诊断胆囊癌与病理结果对照符合率为75.7%(53/70);漏诊15例,漏诊率为21.4%(15/70),其中结节型5例(33.3%),厚壁型9例(60.0%),混合型1例(6.7%);误诊2例,误诊率为2.9%(2/70),皆为实块型。结论超声诊断胆囊癌有较高的准确率,超声诊断胆囊癌的主要易漏诊类型为结节型和厚壁型,易误诊类型为实块型。
目的:評價超聲對原髮性膽囊癌的診斷價值及漏誤診原因分析。方法選擇膽囊佔位病變98例,對其術前超聲聲像圖錶現進行分析,併與病理結果對照,重點分析超聲診斷膽囊癌漏、誤診原因。結果經手術病理證實膽囊癌70例,超聲診斷膽囊癌與病理結果對照符閤率為75.7%(53/70);漏診15例,漏診率為21.4%(15/70),其中結節型5例(33.3%),厚壁型9例(60.0%),混閤型1例(6.7%);誤診2例,誤診率為2.9%(2/70),皆為實塊型。結論超聲診斷膽囊癌有較高的準確率,超聲診斷膽囊癌的主要易漏診類型為結節型和厚壁型,易誤診類型為實塊型。
목적:평개초성대원발성담낭암적진단개치급루오진원인분석。방법선택담낭점위병변98례,대기술전초성성상도표현진행분석,병여병리결과대조,중점분석초성진단담낭암루、오진원인。결과경수술병리증실담낭암70례,초성진단담낭암여병리결과대조부합솔위75.7%(53/70);루진15례,루진솔위21.4%(15/70),기중결절형5례(33.3%),후벽형9례(60.0%),혼합형1례(6.7%);오진2례,오진솔위2.9%(2/70),개위실괴형。결론초성진단담낭암유교고적준학솔,초성진단담낭암적주요역루진류형위결절형화후벽형,역오진류형위실괴형。
Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic diagnosis of the primary gallbladder carcinoma and analyze the causes of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Methods 98 cases with gallbladder occupying le-sions were collected to carry out a retrospective study and make a contrast of pathology results on the pre-operative sonogram and the causes of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis were mainly analyzed.Results 70 cases of gallbladder carcinoma was confirmed by operation and pathology,accuracy:75.7%(53/70);15 cases of missed diagnosis:21.4% (15/70),and among them,5 cases of nodular type (33.3%),9 cases of thick-wall type (60.0%),1 cases of mixed type(6.7%);2 cases of misdiagnosis:2.9%(2/70),both solid biock.Conclusion The ultrasound diagnosis of gallbladder carcinoma had a higher accuracy.The main types of easily-missed diagnosis in ultrasound diagnosis gallbladder carcinoma were nodular type and thick-wall type,and the easily-misdiagnosed type is solid biock.
