目的：探讨针灸联合基础药物治疗维吾尔族类风湿性关节炎（RA）的临床疗效及安全性。方法将60例维吾尔族类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例，对照组采用基础药物治疗，包括口服甲氨蝶呤片7．5 mg，1次/w、双氯芬酸纳缓释胶囊50 mg，2次/d；观察组在药物治疗的基础上联合针灸治疗，均治疗1个疗程。对比两组临床疗效、临床症状改善情况、症状积分和视觉模拟评分（VAS）、血沉（ESR）和类风湿因子（RF）指标以及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组总有效率（93．3％）显著高于对照组（73．3％），治疗后两组关节压痛数和晨僵时间均得到改善，观察组改善优于对照组；两组治疗后症状积分和 VAS 均较治疗前显著降低，观察组降低更显著；两组治疗后 ESR 和 RF 均较治疗前显著降低，两组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义；治疗期间两组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论针灸联合基础药物治疗维吾尔族类风湿性关节炎临床疗效确切、安全，能有效改善患者临床症状和中医症候，缓解疼痛。
목적：탐토침구연합기출약물치료유오이족류풍습성관절염（RA）적림상료효급안전성。방법장60례유오이족류풍습성관절염환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조，매조30례，대조조채용기출약물치료，포괄구복갑안접령편7．5 mg，1차/w、쌍록분산납완석효낭50 mg，2차/d；관찰조재약물치료적기출상연합침구치료，균치료1개료정。대비량조림상료효、림상증상개선정황、증상적분화시각모의평분（VAS）、혈침（ESR）화류풍습인자（RF）지표이급불량반응적발생정황。결과관찰조총유효솔（93．3％）현저고우대조조（73．3％），치료후량조관절압통수화신강시간균득도개선，관찰조개선우우대조조；량조치료후증상적분화 VAS 균교치료전현저강저，관찰조강저경현저；량조치료후 ESR 화 RF 균교치료전현저강저，량조치료후비교차이무통계학의의；치료기간량조균미견명현불량반응발생。결론침구연합기출약물치료유오이족류풍습성관절염림상료효학절、안전，능유효개선환자림상증상화중의증후，완해동통。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of combined acupuncture and medicine therapy in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in uygur race.Methods 60 cases of Uyghur patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each.the Control group was treated with drug therapy, including oral Methotrexate Tablets 7.5 mg, 1/w, diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules 50 mg,2 times/d;while the observation group based on the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,was treated with a course of treatment;then we Compared clinical curative effect,clinical symptoms,symptom score and visual analogue scale (VAS), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)and rheumatoid factor (RF)and adverse reaction of two groups.Re-sults Total effective rate of observation group is significantly higher than the control group,the clinical symptoms of two groups were improved,the observation group was better than the control group;the two group of symptom score and VAS were significantly reduced,the observation group decreased more signif-icantly;two groups of ESR and RF decreased significantly at the end of treatment,compare the differences between the two groups after the treatment without statistical significance;the two groups were no obvious adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion Acupuncture and drug therapy in rheumatoid ar-thritis are safety,and can improve the clinical symptoms and TCM symptoms effectively.
