背景:牙周炎是口腔疾病中的常见病之一,是成年人失牙的首要原因。<br> 目的:对牙周炎治疗的研究进展进行综述。<br> 方法:应用计算机检索PubMed和中国知网数据库中关于牙周炎治疗有代表性的文献,在主题词中以“牙周炎,治疗,组织工程,基因工程”或“periodontitis,treatment,tissue engineering,gene engineering”为检索词进行检索。选择57篇文献进行综述。<br> 结果与结论:目前,为牙周炎患者提供更完善的治疗方法,改善其牙周组织状态、促进牙周组织再生修复等,仍是相关专业学者们研究的热点。随着组织工程、基因技术等新技术近几年的不断发展,学者们已从多角度、多方面来治疗牙周炎,解决了牙周炎疾病所带来的困扰。然而,一些治疗手段现仍处于基础研究阶段,这些治疗方式应用于临床尚需学者们进一步深入的研究。

BACKGROUND:As one of common oral diseases, periodontitis is the leading cause of tooth loss in adults. <br> OBJECTIVE:To review the research progress on periodontitis treatment. <br> METHODS:A computer-based search was performed on the PubMed database and CNKI database for articles addressing periodontitis treatment. The key words were“periodontitis, treatment, tissue engineering, gene engineering”in English and Chinese, respectively. Final y, a total of 57 articles were included to review. <br> RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Currently, the majority of scholars are stil focus to improve periodontal tissue, promote the regeneration and repair of periodonttal tissue. With the development of tissue engineering and gene technology in recent years, periodontitis has been treated from multiple perspectives and multiple aspects, to solve the problems of patients with periodontitis. However, some treatment methods are stil in their early stage and need in-depth research.
