为CT 教学设计了一款基于 STM32的反射式超声CT 实验装置。该装置由收发一体超声模块、单片机控制单元模块、串口通信模块、三维机械平台、步进电机驱动模块、Matlab 图形重建模块组成,通过STM32单片机控制收发一体超声模块发射超声信号,并由VB 操作界面控制待测物体的升降、旋转以及超声换能器的平移。本装置体积小、结构简单、零件大众化、易于更换及维修,市场前景广泛。

A reflection type ultrasonic CT experimental device based on the STM32 is designed for the teaching of CT . The device consists of a transceiver ultrasonic module , an MCU module , a serial communication module , a 3D mechanical platform , a stepper motor drive module and a Matlab graphical reconstruction module . The ultrasonic signals are launched by the STM32 MCU controlling transceiver ultrasonic module , the movements of the object under test and the rotation and translation of ultrasonic trans-ducer are controlled by the VB interface . There are many advantages of this device , such as small volume , simple structure , wide-ly-used components , easy maintenance and repair , and thus , broad market prospects .
