针对现有应急通信系统调制模式单一、容易造成通信失效的问题,提出一种基于软件无线电的应急通信系统。分析了应急通信系统的系统需求,详细介绍了系统的软硬件设计,讨论了系统所利用到的软件无线电中的关键技术。在一个通用硬件平台上,通过调用相应的软件模块,能够实现多种调制模式的自动识别和调制解调。实验证明,该系统具有较高的调制模式识别率,有效解决了应急事件发生时出现的通信失效问题。

This paper proposes an emergency communication system based on software defined radio , which aims at the prob-lem of communication failure caused by single modulation mode of existing emergency communication system . It analyses the re-quirements of emergency communication system , discusses the key technologies of Software Defined Radio and introduces the hard-ware and software design of the system . In a general hardware platform , it can realize the automatic identification of multi-modula-tion mode and modulation-demodulation by calling the corresponding software modules . The experiment result proves that this sys-tem has a higher recognition rate , which can effectively solve the problem of communication failure in the emergency event .
