随着芯片集成度的提高及封装技术的发展,系统设计与调试变得越来越困难,基于 Quar-tus II 软件自带的第二代系统级调试工具 SignalTap II ,采用 EP4CE15F17C8的 FPGA 开发板为实验平台,以 AD9280为核心进行数据采集系统的设计和调试。结果表明,采用 SignalTap II 可以有效地提高系统设计效率,增强对系统内部数据变化的监测,为复杂的数字系统设计调试提供了一种高效、便捷的方法。
隨著芯片集成度的提高及封裝技術的髮展,繫統設計與調試變得越來越睏難,基于 Quar-tus II 軟件自帶的第二代繫統級調試工具 SignalTap II ,採用 EP4CE15F17C8的 FPGA 開髮闆為實驗平檯,以 AD9280為覈心進行數據採集繫統的設計和調試。結果錶明,採用 SignalTap II 可以有效地提高繫統設計效率,增彊對繫統內部數據變化的鑑測,為複雜的數字繫統設計調試提供瞭一種高效、便捷的方法。

With the development of the chip integration improving and packaging technology , the debugging system has been becoming more and more difficult . The debugging tool SignalTap II logic analyzer is of Quartus II software , the debugging experi-ment has been designed using EP4CE15F17C8 FPGA development board as the experiment platform and the data acquisition system with the core AD9280 as the experimental system . The result of the debugging experiment shows that the debug method can im-prove efficiently the internal systems monitoring of data changes , and provides an efficient and convenient way of the design and debuge complex digital system .
