针对地面近距离时间传递的需求,研究了基于激光时间传递技术的机动式时间频率传递系统,实现了软硬件集成。介绍了激光时间传递的原理,对系统的软硬件结构、系统工作流程进行了描述。通过试验测试,实现了纳秒级的高精度时间传递结果。该系统可为时间传递精度要求较高的实验室解决地面近距离时间传递临时组网机动性差、传递精度不高,以及线路故障后检测和修复时间长等问题提供有益参考。

According to the specific requirements in close ground time transfer,a mobile time and frequency transfer system based on laser synchronization technology is designed,and the software and hardware integration is realized.This paper introduces the principle of laser time transfer,and also describes the hardware and software and the working flow of the system.In the test by experiment,the nanosecond time transfer is achieved.This system has the advantages of simple equipment and convenient operation,can provide a useful reference for those high precision laboratories to solve the problems in close ground time transfer such as poor mobility in temporary net-working,low transfer accuracy,inefficiency in detection and repair after line fault.
