目的：分析影响鼻咽癌患者预后的因素。方法回顾性分析109例鼻咽癌患者的临床病理资料。结果109例鼻咽癌患者1、3、5年生存率分别为94．3％、74．3％、和45．0％。鼻咽癌患者死亡原因主要为治疗死亡和肿瘤恶病质，其次为远处转移和肺部感染。年龄、性别、临床分期、合并其他疾病和原发病灶的大小与鼻咽癌患者的预后相关，P＜0．05。结论鼻咽癌患者年龄、性别、临床分期、合并其他疾病和原发病灶T分期是影响其预后的重要因素。

Objective To analyze factors affecting prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma ( NPC) .Methods Clinical data of 109 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were retrospectively analyzed .Results 1-,3-,5-year survival rates of NPC patients were 94.3%,74.3%,and 45.0%.The main causes of death in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were treat -ment of death and tumor cachexia .Age,gender,clinical stage,combination with other diseases and the size of the primary lesion were correlated with prognosis ,P<0.05.Conclusion Age,gender,clinical stage,combination with other diseases and T stage are important prognostic factors of NPC .
