目的：探讨鼻咽癌患者的临床结局及其预后。方法对100例鼻咽癌患者的生存率进行回顾性分析，并对可能与预后相关的因素进行Cox回归分析。结果100例患者3年及5年生存率分别为85．4％和67．7％，Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期及Ⅳa期3年生存率分别为100．0％、84．2％、71．4％和53．0％，5年生存率分别为90．0％、76．3％、67．9％和40．0％。单因素分析结果显示：T分期、N分期、化疗、颅神经受侵、鼻咽放疗剂量是影响预后的因素（P＜0．05）；Cox回归分析结果显示：T分期、N分期、颅神经受侵及鼻咽放疗剂量是影响预后的独立风险因素。结论鼻咽癌患者预后较好， T分期、N分期、颅神经受侵及鼻咽放疗剂量是影响预后的独立风险因素。

Objective To explore the clinical outcome and prognosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma .Methods The sur-vival rates of 100 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were retrospectively analyzed .The possible factors related with prog-nosis were analyzed by Cox regression analysis .Results 3-and 5-year survival rates of the 100 patients were 85.4% and 67.7%;in stageⅠ,stage Ⅱ,stage Ⅲ and stage Ⅳa patients,the 3-year survival rates were 100.0%,84.2%,71.4% and 53.0%,and the 5-year survival rates were 90.0%,76.3%,67.9% and 40.0%.Univariate analysis showed that T stage ,N stage,chemotherapy,cranial nerves involvement and the nasopharyngeal cavity were prognostic factors (P<0.05);Cox regression analysis showed that T stage ,N stage,cranial nerves involvement and the nasopharyngeal cavity were the independent risk factors affecting prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion Nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients have good prognosis .T stage,N stage,cranial nerves involved and the nasopharyngeal cavity are the independent risk factors affecting prognosis .
