由于井身结构广泛采用非标套管,需要研制非标套管悬挂器。针对206.4 mm(8英寸)套管悬挂器,采用理论计算与有限元仿真相结合方法。对套管悬挂器在试压(105 MPa)条件下进行强度校核。研究表明:16 mm壁厚时可承受最大压力120.336 MPa;套管悬挂器坐封完毕,最大应力437.3 MPa,低于725HS镍基合金的屈服强度(1074 MPa),套管悬挂器强度在安全范围。此研究方法可以推广到其他非标套管悬挂器的研发,研究结果对于确保油气井的正常钻采作业具有十分重要的意义。

As well structure widely has been used non-standard casing,so it is necessary to re-de-velop non-standard casing hanger.In this paper,by adoption of 8″casing hanger,theoretical cal-culation and finite element simulation combined analysis were used.Under the 105MPa,the pres-sure of casing hanger has been tested the strength.Studies show that:under the Casing hanger pressure test processing,16mm Wall thickness withstood the maximum pressure120.336 MPa. Casing hanger packer has been completed,with maximum stress 437.3 MPa,which lower yield strength of the Ni-based alloy.Casing hanger strength has been in a safe range.This research method can be extended to other non-standard casing hanger development,the results will not on-ly be able to meet the engineering requirements,but also to ensure the normal drilling operations wells has very important significance.
