为研究H2 S、CO2共存腐蚀环境下镀钨合金的腐蚀行为,通过高温高压模拟工况腐蚀试验,测试钨合金的腐蚀速率。应用拉开法测试镀钨合金腐蚀产物膜的附着力。结果表明:镀钨合金的腐蚀速率比抗硫油管BG90SS有很大的降低,腐蚀产物膜附着力有较大的提高。能谱分析表明,镀钨合金在此共存环境下的腐蚀主要由H2 S控制。

To study the corrosion behavior of tungsten alloy plated steel in H2S and CO2 coexistent environment,the corrosion rate of this steel was tested through the corrosion experiment in simu-lated operation environment with high temperature and high pressure autoclave.Pull-off test was applied to measure the adhesion of corrosion film.The experimental result showed that the corro-sion rate of plated steel was lower than that of BG90SS and the adhesion of corrosion film was al-so enhanced.EDS (Energy Disperse Spectroscopy)analysis showed that the corrosion of tungsten alloy plated steel was controlled by H2S in the experiment.
