By means of the organizational culture theory ,colleges and universities should clarify the thinking of state-owned assets management ,update the asset management idea ,strengthen the connotation construction , improve the institutional system , continuous innovate management mode , further enhance the level of management of state-owned assets and the competitiveness of colleges and universities , to realize the sustainable development .
