根据大型仪器设备管理的实践，概括了购置大型仪器设备可行性论证的必要性，提出了加强大型仪器设备购置可行性论证的“四个加强”措施，即加强对选购仪器的功能指标及质量调查，加强仪器购置与运行相关的人力、财力与物力的审核，加强专家组、学校院系及职能部门的监督和管理，加强论证制度化建设。
根據大型儀器設備管理的實踐，概括瞭購置大型儀器設備可行性論證的必要性，提齣瞭加彊大型儀器設備購置可行性論證的“四箇加彊”措施，即加彊對選購儀器的功能指標及質量調查，加彊儀器購置與運行相關的人力、財力與物力的審覈，加彊專傢組、學校院繫及職能部門的鑑督和管理，加彊論證製度化建設。
근거대형의기설비관리적실천，개괄료구치대형의기설비가행성론증적필요성，제출료가강대형의기설비구치가행성론증적“사개가강”조시，즉가강대선구의기적공능지표급질량조사，가강의기구치여운행상관적인력、재력여물력적심핵，가강전가조、학교원계급직능부문적감독화관리，가강론증제도화건설。
Currently ,“Four Strengthening” should be done in the feasibility demonstration of large-scale instrument purchase ,that is ,to strengthen the function and quality investigation of the optional instruments , to enhance the auditing of the human ,financial and material resources related the instrument purchase and operation ,to strengthen supervision and management of expert group ,school department and school functional department ,and to strengthen the feasibility demonstration of systematic construction .
